Welcome to Gigglade Share. By accessing or using our website, platform, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of the Service

Gigglade Share provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) WebRTC signaling platform that enables users to establish direct, encrypted connections to transfer data. Gigglade Share is not a cloud storage provider. We do not host, store, or archive the files you transfer. We merely provide the technical infrastructure (the "tunnel") to facilitate direct communication between devices.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

While our infrastructure is End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) and we cannot monitor your transfers, you remain entirely and legally responsible for the content you transmit. By using Gigglade Share, you explicitly agree NOT to use the platform to transfer:

  • Material that infringes upon the intellectual property or copyright of others.
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code designed to disrupt software or hardware.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any other highly illegal content under international law.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, or defame individuals or organizations.

Gigglade Inc. reserves the right to terminate access, block IP addresses, or cooperate with law enforcement if we receive credible reports of abuse or network manipulation.

3. Subscription and Premium Features

Gigglade Share offers different tiers of service. The basic tier may be supported by advertising and may contain usage limitations (such as bandwidth throttling, concurrent connection limits, or file size caps for relayed transfers).

Access to ad-free experiences, advanced routing features, priority support, and enterprise-grade file sharing capabilities require a paid subscription. Gigglade Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature within any tier at our sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Because Gigglade Share relies on the stability of your local network, your ISP, and browser constraints, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

Under no circumstances shall Gigglade Inc. be held liable for:

  • Failed, interrupted, or corrupted file transfers.
  • Data loss resulting from interrupted network connections or browser crashes.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gigglade Share name, logo, UI designs, and underlying proprietary code are the intellectual property of Gigglade Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our platform's code or branding without explicit written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
