DMCA & Copyright Policy

Gigglade Inc. ("Gigglade Share") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

1. Our Technological Infrastructure

It is critical to understand that Gigglade Share operates as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) WebRTC tunneling service. We do not host, store, archive, or cache any user files on our servers. All transfers are End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE), meaning Gigglade Inc. has zero technological capability to view, inspect, or independently verify the contents of files being transmitted.

Because we do not host the infringing material, we cannot "take down" specific files. However, we can take technical measures, such as terminating the signaling capability for specific IP addresses or Room PINs that are credibly reported to be engaging in copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work is being transmitted via Gigglade Share in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA Notice containing the following information:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the Infringing Activity: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the infringing activity. Because we do not have URLs for files, you must provide the specific Room PIN, timestamp, and, if known, the IP address of the offending user.
4. Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Submitting Your Notice

Please send your completed DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent at the following email address:

Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your access was terminated as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Copyright Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the Room PIN or IP address that was blocked.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Gigglade Inc. maintains a strict policy of terminating access to our signaling servers for users (identified by IP address or network footprint) who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
