Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

Gigglade Share is built on the belief that privacy and secure communication are fundamental rights. However, our commitment to privacy is not a shield for illegal activity. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the strict rules governing the use of our infrastructure.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

By using the Gigglade Share platform, you explicitly agree that you will not transmit, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of any of the following:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have a zero-tolerance policy for the distribution of child exploitation material. Any credible reports of such activity will result in immediate network bans and cooperation with international law enforcement.
  • Copyright Infringement: You may not share pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted intellectual property unless you own the rights or have explicit permission to distribute them.
  • Malware and Viruses: Distributing ransomware, trojans, worms, or any malicious code intended to compromise software, hardware, or network security is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment and Threats: Sharing content intended to doxx, harass, stalk, or threaten individuals or organizations is forbidden.
  • Terrorism and Violence: Promoting violent extremism, terrorism, or sharing instructions on how to create weapons or explosives is prohibited.

2. Network Abuse and Circumvention

You agree not to abuse our signaling infrastructure or circumvention our usage limits. Prohibited network activities include:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to generate Room PINs at scale.
  • Attempting to Reverse-Engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our WebRTC signaling servers.
  • Using the service for coordinated Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or network flooding.

3. Enforcement and Termination

While Gigglade Share utilizes End-to-End Encryption (meaning we cannot inspect the contents of your transfers), we rely on community reporting and network traffic analysis to identify abuse.

If Gigglade Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate the active connection and block the offending Room PIN.
  • Permanently ban the user's IP address or network range from accessing our signaling servers.
  • Revoke access to any premium subscription tiers without a refund.
  • Report the activity and provide available metadata (such as connection timestamps and IP addresses) to law enforcement if required by a valid subpoena or if an imminent threat to life is detected.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a user violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report the specific Room PIN and details immediately to our Trust & Safety team.

5. User Liability

Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gigglade Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or any law or third-party right. You are 100% legally and financially responsible for the files you choose to transmit over our infrastructure.
